Clough, Jenny, Assistant Principal

Name: Jenny Clough
Welcome to Hokes Bluff Elementary and my webpage. I have a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Alabama in English and a Masters of Education in Secondary English Language Arts from Jacksonville State University. I am highly qualified to teach grades six through twelve.  I received a Masters in Instructional Leadership from Jacksonville State University in May 2014 for grades K-12. I also have an Associates in Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from Gadsden State Community College. I am currently pursuing my Educational Specialist degree in Instructional Leadership at The University of Alabama. It is safe to say that I LOVE GOING TO SCHOOL!
I am happily married to Todd Clough. Todd works for the Sterling Companies and is the Chaplain of Athletics at Southside High School. He also runs Varsity Ministries, a Christian outreach program for athletes ages pee-wee to college.  Our daughter, Taylor Clough, is a student at Jacksonville State University. She is majoring in Physical Education.  Taylor is a published author having written a memoir about her journey as a bone marrow and stem cell donor for her younger brother, Ben, during his battle with Leukemia.  The title of her book is The Perfect Match.   We have one dog, Saban, who is a Boston Terrier and has no idea that he is not actually human.  Yes, I am a Bama fan. ROLL TIDE!

Our mission at HBES is to provide a quality education that enables students to apply academic and life skills to achieve maximum potential. My door is always open to your partnership in making Hokes Bluff Elementary and your child's time with us the most memorable and prosperous in all areas of his or her growth.
